I'm using a Microsoft wireless mouse.

How can I go to a larger mouse pointer? In Control Panel, I don't see any
options for a larger pointer.

Open Control Panel, Mouse Properties, Pointers tab, change the "Scheme"
to "Windows Inverted (large) (system scheme)" or whichever you prefer.
