Try adaware and spybot search and destroy, as well as hijackthis, online free
scans for trojans and virus are available.

The keylogger may not be software. Check your keyboard cable...

Looks to me like a spam scam so the other guy could try to get us to buy
BoClean. A-squared does the same thing for free.
