Hi ALL

I have met a strange issue which My computer can not display desktop
and taskbar and start Menu.The exactly issue is:

When I warmbooot my computer,There is a dialog pop up says:
"you may be a victim of software counterfeiting".
and I igore it, go directly to log on as administrator and and select
"Resolve later"
after a moment, my computer pass log on screen, and display background.
and then stop there.
No start menu no taskbar, on any icon on my desktop screen.

What is that issue? please help me?
