hello, i am a newbie here.

just encountered a problem when i tried to install a webcam (EG Accessories which is compatible with Win XP) but it was unsuccessful and prompted that wizard cant find necessary software.

i am clueless as to what i should do next. can someone advice?

U need to read instructions- USB devices often install drivers b4
plugging in hardware.
