| Unable to adjust brightness when I go into my settings where I change brightness settings for my laptop in certain scenarios, the area that controls brightness is grayed out and doesn't allow me to modify anything. Any ideas? Thanks for your help. |

Any ideas? Yeah... are you trying to do that without an external power source being connected?? If so, your computer is merely trying to save you some battery power. |
