Be an admin on 2 XP machines

I have 2 XP workstations at home say MachineA and MachineB and are just
configured to be part of the default workgroup

From MachineA, I can ping MachineB and now I want to administer say services
on MachineB from MachineA

I can go to Computer Management on MachineA and connect remotely to
MachineB, but when I click on services, I get access denied. How can I
administer MachineB while being connected on MachineA

Thanks

If you can access Services locally, set up a User w/PW that has Admin privledges on
both machines (same name/pw).
