Can anyone please give me a list of high quality TTS voices and tools?

Now the speech recognition:
I installed SAPI 5.1 SDK and performed all the available trainings.
However, when I try to dictate to Word 2007 beta2 an to WordPad, most-common
English phrases will be recognised correctly, however most of the speech is
recognised incorrectly. Also there are words like "equation" it will never
recognise them properly.

One program told me that there should be SAPI 6.1, but I couln't find the
download page? Is it part from Windows Vista or Office 2007 final releases,
or where can I get it from?

Tell me of some good program that will command the desktop and programs with
voice commands. I couldn't find a trial for IBM's ViaVoice.
