Task manager box decreased

I was called to a client's office - one of their kids monkeyed around with
their business cpu running XP Svcpack 2

When I pull up windows task manager - either by CtrlAltDel or thru the menu
to see what tasks are running - a very minimal version of the Task Manager
box shows - with no selections to see processes users etc. and no selections
to shut down the cpu.

How can I restore this to its original condition ?

Double-click the window to change from "Small Footprint" mode.
