I have done this before I am sure but I cannot seem to puzzle tg=his one out.
I cannot get the @ sign - I get quotes, and when I use " I get the @ sign.
I have been into regional settings and changed this from English USA to
English UK, but I still get the quotes.

Re: Where is the @ symbol

Try this:

Go into Control Panel>Regional and Language Options and make sure that all
three tabs and submenus are set correctly to:

English (United Kingdom)
