| Group Policy for backgrounds Hi, I went onto my Excahnge server and right clicked on a group ie. IT and chose properties. Then i chose group policy and added a policy that pushes a specific background just for IT department. I then ran gpedit.msc and went user config\admin templates\active desktop and inserted the settings 1. enable active desktop 2. set the path for the logo on a shared folder on my server. after i did this i logged off immediately and when i logged in again, nothing happend. Please advise if i missed out anything as i am very new to GPO. DOes it take time to get activated? |
