System Tray Icon Disappears

My Webmail Icon keeps disappearing from the tray. There is a little box
there but no Icon. I go into "change icon" and change it and it appears but
in no time it is gone again. What could cause this and how can I fix it?

Try this Mspeggy:
Right click the Start Button and select Properties, on the Taskbar and
start Menu properties click on Taskbar Tab then click Customize button
opposite this:
[ ] Hide inactive icons [ Customize..]
There see the Icon for the mail and Highlight it and select always show from
the drop down menu.
HTH.

I did what you said but when I go to [Customize] there is no icon for my
mail. That is for the icons on the bottom right and I'm talking about the
ones on the left that you can click on to open each site. Got it?
