Some how my taskbar got twice as tall as it should be. I tried dragging it
down but it just disappears. any idea how to get it down??

1. Right-click on an empty area of your Taskbar and make sure that "Lock the
Taskbar is unchecked".
2. Note that you may have 2 bars "|" in both upper and lower taskbar". Hold
down the bar of the bottom taskbar and drag it to near the Quick Launch icons
of the upper Taskbar. You need to play a little bit with this to solve the
problem.
