| RE: Taskbar 1. Right-click on an empty area of your Taskbar and make sure that "Lock the Taskbar is unchecked". 2. Note that you may have 2 bars "|" in both upper and lower taskbar". Hold down the bar of the bottom taskbar and drag it to near the Quick Launch icons of the upper Taskbar. You need to play a little bit with this to solve the problem.
