Does it happen with all program installations or just this one? What is the
program? Have you contacted the program vendor for tech support?

This error occurs when you try to run an Application 64 bit installer on a
32 bit processor, the 32 bit installer on a 64 bit processor, or any
installer on a 64 bit processor.
Also it can happen when the Installer ( either the third-party application
installer or MS Installer) is damaged or corrupt.
Check the Application requirements or on the vendor website for more details.
