winfax pro 9.0

I uninstalled this version and tried to install newer 10.0 with an error
message that told me the complete uninstall was not done from previous
version. What can I do?

Contact Symantec Tech support, and check on their web site for a removal
utility.

You might also run the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility and if WinFax Pro
is listed remove it's entry.

You should also note that WinFAX has been dropped by Symantec. They
no longer update nor directly support it.
