HELP! Blank Desktop after users log into Windows XP Sp2

I have a few users that after they ctrl/alt/del at night and log off,
when they come in the morning, and log in all they get is a blank
desktop.

I have tried:
-Starting Explorer.exe from task manager: this gets it working, but
happens again the next morning.
-Renamed existing profile ".old" and had them login again to create
new profile, same thing.

Anybody seen this and know hot to fix it?

Thanks,

~Brian

It's in a domain environment, so CAD then log off from there. The
haven't had problems doing it this way before?

Thanks,

~Brian
