When installing Pacific Fighters (from the Ultimate Flight Collection pack),
I keep getting the following message: Error applying transforms. Verify
that the specified transform paths are valid.
C:\Windows\Installer\{E149E957-F289-45E3-8645-1794A17-3F5AB}\1033.mst. I
have looked in the knowledge base but can't find an exact match to the
problem or a fix.

The program loaded once, but when I updated the version from 3.0 to 4.04, it
stopped working and then I could not uninstall using the uninstall program.
I had to go into the registry and remove all references to Pacific Fighters
to keep the computer from hanging while trying to delete the program
everytime it turned on.
