Lost "new toolbar" but shows in task manager, can't close it

Created a new toolbar on the taskbar. Tried dragging it out onto the desktop
(fine) then using a plugin for DM2 tried to "rollup window" (dumb).
It disappered (ok) but now it shows up in task manger constantly. Ending
process makes explorer restart then it is back there again.
Have searched for any file modified at or around that time, rumaged the
registry, took a look at some of Kelly korner tweaks, tried the "restore
taskbar" one. Unsure about the reg patches there.
Where do I find the setting for this to get rid of it please?

Win XP SP 2, classic desktop, start menu etc., few tweaks, but pretty lean
Hope this interests somebody, just shows to go ..."If you play with
something long enough...:(

99. Restore the Task Bar to Default Settings
164. Restore Taskbar to Default Functionality
240. Programs Aren't Minimized in the Taskbar
243. Allow Changes Being Made to Taskbar
----------------
298. Taskbar Repair Tool Plus!

Hi jakuvall

Have you checked in the DM2 Windows Manager to see if it's been
"hidden"?
