Hello,

I am trying to reset my wifes laptop to HP default settings, i tried to use
the recovery disc's but it did not work as Bestbuy receovered her laptop to
SP2, while the laptop recovery disc's are SP1. Long story short, i changed
her account to limited aco**** to delete it.

Now the laptop is not letting me uninstall the applications, as i do not
have sufficient admin rights!, how do i get my admin rights back or anyother
way to restore the laptop and force it to install XP SP1 from the recovery
disc?

URGENT HELP PLEASE doesn't really give folks any idea what your needing help
with. Try something a bit more descriptive next time. The person with the
answer just might read your post!
