start and stop perfmon logging automatically

I would like to find out if it is possible to start and stop perfmon
loggin automatically using a scheduled task. I know there used to be
datalog.exe included with NT resource kit, that would allow me to
that. Is it is available for Win XP and 2003 server as well?

Specifically I want to capture all HDD, CPU, memory, network activity,
and output to a log file. Is it possible using perfmon, or is there a
better 3rd party utility that can allow us to do that.

If using perfmon, how can I define a template that we can dpeloy to
all our machine, such that it will capture only the HDD, CPU, memory
and network activity?
