| Changed/deleted start menu folders come back the same after reboot I changed the name of a folder in the start menu, but a copy of the original folder turned up again after reboot. In this case, it was Clue's shortcuts folder, so now I have both Tools_Clue for Windows and Clue for Windows. Can someone explain why Tools_Clue for Windows turns up again? |

| Re: Changed/deleted start menu folders come back the same after reboot Just a thought...but check the folders in Documents And Settings\Administrator Documents and Settings\All Users Documents and Settings\Default User and all other sub folders of Documents And Settings check ALL of the sub folders in the Start Menu folders of them all...and delete all the ones you don't want, from all those sub folder Start Menu folders.
