Create image with bad clusters and restore (???)

I have an HP DX2000mt system which in the last 6 months crashed 4
times with a BSOD message :

STOP: c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry can load the hive (file):
\SystemRoot\System32\Config\Software
Or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable

Beginning dump of physical memory
Dumping physical memory to disk: xx%

All first 3 times i fixed the problem by deleting everything and
restoring an image (Acronis) i have.
I use the same image to several other HP DX2000mt machines with no
problem at all.
In this 4th time i decided to check the internet about this msg and
found a solution that worked and the machine is booting fine right
now.
I also did several checks on the machine and found out that there were
51 bad clusters which they were recovered as stated by the disk
utility i used. (HDD Regenerator v1.51).
My question is this:
If i create a new image in this machine with the 51 bad and recovered
clusters, change the HDD with a new one and restore the image to the
new HDD, is it possible to have the same problem?
Will the image contain the bad clusters or not?

Bad clusters are mapped out by the firmware on the hard
disk. If TrueImage can successfully make an image then its
restoration on another disk won't have any clusters marked
as bad.
