there are no icons and taskbar in my desktop ,though i call taskmanager and
open new task ,it doesnot allow to open and just displays the message
"nomaliz.dll" not found.
i downloaded that file from internet and copied on system files ,but still
no icons no taskbar..please help

Is Automatic Updates enabled (and functional) and is the computer
fully-patched at Windows Update?


What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?

Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on this
machine (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought
it)?
