I need to install updates to machines with no internet access.

I downloaded the updates and created a batch file to install them.

I need to run QFECheck after installing the updates to confirm there proper
installation.

QFECheck for XP requires validation (therefore an internet connection).

Is there a work around for running QFECheck on machines with no internet
access?

I think you are getting confused between validation being required to
download the program and at the time it is run. Once you download qfecheck
(after completing validation) you can then copy it to as many machines as
you desire and run it all you want without further validation. Find a
machine somewhere to download qfecheck which can complete the validation
process.
