Windows Search 4.0 Freezing

Afternoon,

I've been tasked with searching all mailboxes & all pst files for specific
emails at our company due to a legal request.
I've used Windows Search 4.0 to index all the mailboxes and can run searches
without any issues.
However, the PC from which I'm running this on will freeze up if I attempt
to copy(or drag 'n' drop) the emails into a new folder. Even trying a few at
a time takes several minutes and, with potentially thousands of emails to
copy over, this method is going to be extremely time-consuming.
Can someone offer a more suitable/time-efficient manner to do this as the
legal team requesting these emails would like to have them sooner rather than
later?

Many Thanks

RE: Windows Search 4.0 Freezing

Have you tried fowarding them on to another address or move them as copying
might be the problem.
