| Re: Favorites Menu And why is there a need to post your Windows & IE versions? Should be able to sort by name if on IE6, 7 or 8 unless a registry key holding the binary value has become corrupt. | Re: Favorites Menu Use the menu option Favorites (menu option as in File-Edit-View-Favorites-Tools-Help) and when a favorite flies out, rightclick on it and select "Sort by name" Don't use the Favorites panel. It must be the menu option or you may also do it from Start-Favorites The above may vary only slightly with IE versions so please post to the IE group with detail of your version if necessary. Please try the IE7/IE8 group. The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general In a proper newsreader: news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...plorer.general If you must use a web interface: http://www.microsoft.com/communities...plorer.general ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP Windows -Internet Explorer On Mon, 2 Nov 2009 23:33:16 -0500, in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general, "NJITGS" <njitgs@verizon.net> wrote: >Greetings All- > >Could anyone tell me what I could do to sort the Favorites menu into >alphabetical order?
