SP3-4

SP3 is going to be the last major patch isn't it. Will there be no SP4?

Assuming you mean "Windows XP Service Pack 3" and nothing else - it is
highly unlikely, but not outside the realm of possibility. Maybe a rollup -
like they did for Windows 2000. In any case - two operating systems that
were meant to replace Windows XP have been released. You can use something
like "Windows Update Downloader" to download all of the updates for Windows
XP and store those on a DVD and install them as needed or integrate them
into installation media if you need to.

SP3 is the end of the road. Support will continue until April 2014. Support
for SP2, (which you are running), ends April 12, 2010.

lighten up ?? Seems maybe YOU need to lighten up! SPAMcop may have been
intended a lot of things with that statement ... like ENCOURAGING the
OP to search the forum for similar questions, or direct the OP to a more
DETAILED DISCUSSION, etc. etc. etc. < get it? >
