On right side, look for Image Resizer

Re: resize pictures

Hi,
You mean the resize option when you select "e-mail this file?"
See: http://www.winxptutor.com/resizeimage.htm

Hope this helps,

Maybe this?

Make sure no programs are running. (IE, OE, etc.).

Copy and paste the command in Start | Run:

REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL

Click OK and reboot. Turn off and power back up. Don't use Turn Off |
Restart.

Or:

Disable [or Enable] Resize Graphic - Send To (Line 269, Left Side)

Re: resize pictures

How to fix the Image Resizer Powertoy.

Open the Run box and enter, one at a time:
regsvr32.exe /i shimgvw.dll
regsvr32.exe phototoys.dll

If that didn't work, install it again. If it still doesn't
work, uninstall it, restart, then install it again.

Microsoft Image Resizer 520 KB (Freeware)

Download: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

Re: resize pictures

there are a couple of things to keep
in mind when resizing pictures.

first of all it is a permanent and you
won't be able to 're-size it back to
its original state.

so make copies of the originals and
keep them in a safe place, like on a
cd or dvd.

then resize or experiment on the
pics that remain on the hard disk.

--------------

secondly, you may want to use a
program designed for pictures

most often they provide additional
features like filters and frames and
they can also convert them into
different formats and sizes.

another benefit provided by a
program designed for pictures is that
to a certain extent mistakes can be
undone.

Using the MS Powertoy Image Resizer doesn't overwrite the original.
