"A program has not started. Please try again" when soliciting remote assistance

When I attempt to solicite a remote assistance invitation to a user in
my domain I receive the following error message:

"A program has not started. Please try again"

The computer is running Win XP w/SP2. Both policies of "Offer Remote
Assistance" and "Solicited Remote Assistance" are enabled for our
domain. Sending invitations works normally with ALL other machines
within the domain.

I ran through some basic troubleshooting stuff like checking the
registry keys under HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/Terminal
Server and CurrentControlSet/Services. The keys and values match those
from within my machine. Within the System Properties screen, both RDP
and RA are checked/enabled. Windows Firewall is disabled.

I also went through http://support.microsoft.com/kb/900904 and it did
not resolve the issue.

Please assist with this problem...thank you for any help possible!
