| XP fast user switch hangs I have been running XP SP2 for quite awhile without problems. Recently, I created some new accounts for my kids and now whenever I attempt a fast user switch, the following occurs: 1) Press Start-L - computer returns to login screen with all the accounts visible 2) Click on one of the other accounts - screen blanks and computer hangs (monitor goes to sleep) This requires a hard-reset to recover. Note, if I log out of one account and then log into another account everything works fine. Per other posts in this group, I made sure Terminal Services was enabled and manual and that Fast User Switching was enabled and manual as well. |
