| further limiting a limited account I have one account for my small child with selected programs available from the Desktop. I would like to disable the Start Menu in his Limited account only. However I would still need some sort of Logoff option to be available. I checked out Kelly's Korner but didn't find whether some of those available Registry tweaks apply to all profiles or only one. I use WXP PRO with the Welcome Screen enabled so my child can choose his profile from a picture. |

You might want to take a look at Doug Knox Security Console to see if it might suit your needs. http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_securityconsole.htm -- Rock [MVP - User/Shell] |

Yeah I looked at it a bit and saw that, but I thought it might be something that you could work with. How about looking at the Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit. -- Rock [MVP - User/Shell] |
