Good morning,

This past week when visiting the Microsoft Update site I have been offered
the option of downloading and installing an optional Windows update called
"Root Certificates" (KB931125). Is this something I need or can I live
without it?

I am using a Compaq Presario AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3300+, 2411MHz/960
RAM, running Windows Xp Home Sp#2 while using IE7 as my browser.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
