windows media players

I just followed advice about removing media player 11 through the add/remove
programs. After restarting media 11 opens but immediately shows an error
report and closes and I cannot get media player 10 at all. Can anyone help
please ?

Re: windows media players

I believe there are 2 pieces for the removal and it will roll back to the
previous version.
