I recently bought the ATI TV Wonder 650 PCI TV Tuner Card and was
wondering if there was a universal remote that worked with this tuner
card.

How does your question relate to Windows XP?

Good point pegasus, but regardless, if you have the remote that came
with it, there are learning remotes that can emulate other remotes. If
you don't have the original remote, you might get a good programmable
remote, and have someone post the hex codes for each function. Read up
on universal remotes to see what I mean. Good luck
