| Windows Installer Error 1636 Hello not sure if this is a windows or MS office problem. I have windows XP home Edition. also using Ms Office 97. when I use PowerPoint and try to insert clip art. I get a message. MS PP cannot display clip art. This feature is not installed. would you like to install it now. Click on Yes. Then get above message plus Cannot install necessary files due to Windows installer Error 1635 Any one know what this means and how to fix. Thanks in advance -- jimyates      |
