| Computer Starts but DeSktop will Not Have home Pc 800 mhtz, running Windows-Millinium. Starts up like normal background appers make the usual windows noise-tune, but icons or anything else will show up, just stops. Even in safe mode it just comes up with background with safe mode written in all corners. ????????      |
