Look for event 6009 (there is a Find function in the View menu). This event, which is described as "Microsoft (R) Windows (R) 5.01. 2600 Service Pack 3 Uniprocessor Free" is the system starting up. The following event, 6005, is the EventLog service starting up, which is the beginning of the boot-up sequence. Events 6005, 6006, 6008, 6009 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/196452 -- Lem -- MS-MVP Apollo 11 - 40 years ago: http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/ap...0th/index.html |
