Hard to say - the experts in one of the many Outlook newsgroups might have
an answer:
News://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...utlook.general
News://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof....configuration
News://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...tlook.contacts
News://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...k.installation

And since you are posting via the Web Interface:

MS Outlook newsgroup:

This is a Windows XP newsgroup. Please ask questions about Outlook in
the Outlook newsgroup, microsoft.public.outlook. Since the Outlook
experts hang out there rather than here, you will be much more likely
to get the help you need there.
