Cannot delete MFC71ENU.DLL Access is denied - uninstall Samsung PC

ARRGGGHHH. Hi, can anyone help me. I have problems removing Samsung PC studio
3 from my computer. I have tried many times to uninstall (through control
panel, add/remove programs) and restarted, but it wont remove. I tried to
remove files from the c drive, but got the following message "cannot delete
MFC71ENU.DLL access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or
write-protected and that the file is not currently in use. This annoys me as
I have administrator rights. I don't have the software checked to open up
when windows open - this is drving me mental - can anyone helP?????

Re: Cannot delete MFC71ENU.DLL Access is denied - uninstall Samsung PC

There are many "Remove on next boot" type software available, however, I
recommend that you download the [free] program called 'AutoRuns' from
Sysinternals website.

As the name suggests, the program displays lists of ALL softwares
(exe,vxd,ocx,dll,etc,etc...) that are auto-loaded by the system (it is
also very small and easy to use with no 'setup' - just copy to a
folder).

Look for your file (mfc71enu.dll) in one the lists under the tabs and
'deselect' it by clearing the checkbox adjacent to the item.

On reboot, you should have no problem in deleting the file.

Alternatively - you should be able to get rid of any remaining files
from this half-uninstalled feature, by starting the computer in 'Safe
Mode'...

AutoRuns by Sysinternals available (free) from :
http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/Autoruns.zip
