I have a Win XP notebook and have previously successfully implemented and
utilised Microsft Activesync 4.5. This is to allow connectivity between the
pc and the USB scanner.

Recently I have found that when I connect the scanner to the USB cradle I am
no longer able to view any files and folders on the scanner under the
'Mobile' device (on the pc).

It has become quite frustrating as I have repeatedly uninstalled and
reinstalled Activesync. Currently when attached the scanner says 'Connected'
yet I am unable to view the mobile device.

The only recent thing I can think of which might affect this is that I
installed a USB mobile broadband recently to the pc.
