I am having difficulty in installing some new software on my lap-top. This
programe installs successfully on another computer. When I install it on mine
all I receive is a blank page. However, every aspect of this prograame is
installed on my computer but not in a readable manner, i.e it is found in
different folders such as pronunciation, books, etc. etc. The Software
manufacturers have suggested disabling my Norton firewall, disable start-up
and services and then it should work. No way does it work. Any suggestions as
to how I can get everything together, please?
