Probably at 4GB, not 4.8. The problem has nothing to do with the maxuimum file size created by NTBackup. You are trying to exceed the maximum file size you can have on a FAT32 volume. Nothing you need to worry about: Theory: 16 exabytes minus 1 KB; Implementation: 16 terabytes minus 64 KB.
