| POPUP BLOCKER won't go away when disabled. I have turned off my popup blocker in my IE and my Yahoo! and yet I still can't play launchcast because of popup blocker. I have tried suggestion that "Ricky" has posted and a a suggestion from a "Remesh". And still it won't work. The little window pops up in a flash and then disappears. I never had any problem with this before, now I have a new computer, and it dowsn't want to work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without Add-ons? Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM http://www.fjsmjs.com Answer in newsgroup. Don't send mail. |

| Re: POPUP BLOCKER won't go away when disabled. I checked that, it's already disabled. There are No Add-ons. Do you have a 3rd party pop up blocker running? |

| Re: POPUP BLOCKER won't go away when disabled. I don't think so. Can you give me some ideas where to look to find out. I have been everywhere on this computer. Right-Click IE toolbar and check for any toolbars installed that may not be apparent to the eye. Listen for any pop-up blocking noises when the Launchcast pops up. Try another browser. Are you an administrator or limited user? |

| Re: POPUP BLOCKER won't go away when disabled. Computer has me as administrator. The launchcast is IN the Yahoo! browser, it won't come up anywhere else. Thier aren't any noises when launchcast pops up. It just goes away. And, as far as I can tell I only have a Yahoo! browser toolbar. Thanks. | Re: POPUP BLOCKER won't go away when disabled. Launchcast DOES work when using Yahoo! Messenger. So why not on it's own. | Re: POPUP BLOCKER won't go away when disabled. OK, I want to thank everyone for their help. It's fixed. Down at the right hand corner of the computer where the little icons are, I have an Ad-ware/Ad-watch, (gray little box), right click on that. At the top it says, "Monitoring Active/On". All you have to do is click on that and it will automatically turn "Monitoring Off". I am no longer having any problem with Yahoo! Launchcast. Thanks Again.
