cannot connect to internet through wireless network

Ever since uninstalling ie7 we cannot get on interrnet on 1 computer.
the following is mnost of the error message. I reset the winsock
catalog, but keep getting the same error. Then I did system restore
back to ie7 but the screen is just blank when trying to sign on.

This computer still works through the office network.

Help!

error Not all base service provider entries could be found in the
winsock
catalog. A reset is needed.
