Email - ImageResizeWizard won't send to new default Email client

RightClick context menu SendToMailRecipient starts the ImageResizeWizard.
The ImageResizeWizard appears to want to send to an uninstalled Thunderbird,
and not to my defaulted OutlookExpress. The Wizard fails and crashes
WindowsExplorer
If I reinstall Thunderbird, the Wizard works fine.
Trouble is, I can't even stop the ImageResizeWizard, so as to do a normal
SendToMailRecipient.
Can anyone help with this please?
Either to disable the ImageWizard
Or to force it to send to the default mail handler
