| not able to diagnose why os hangs? I have a winxp os service pack2. I happen to be the administrator too. But whenever I log-on to my normal profile the desktop hangs. I cannot invoke the task manager too. All I can do is restart the os, and if at all I want to use it I have to get into safe mode with networking. My figure is that one of the services is causing the problem. How will I know which one is causing the problem? --deostroll |
