Defrag.msc / services.msc not running

not able to defrag my lap, pl help!!

I use this , its faster and once run the MS defrag began to work again,
although I no longer use it in favour of Defraggler

How big is the harddrive and how much free space ?

Jim check you rgroup policy settings by following these commands

Start,run,"gpedit.msc" in left pane click user config,admin
templates,microsoft management console,restricted/permitted snap ins,in
right panerclick disk defrag,properties, change the settings here and try to
run. you must have at least 15% free disk space to run defrag
