Control Panel/System Properties

My new PC, has a AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core processor 3800 + 2.00 GHz, but
Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 SP2, Shows in the System
Properties 3800 + 1.00 GHz. some idea about this difference? Thanks.
Any Help will be appreciated.
