| where is autofill info stored? Whenever I fill in a form with my email address or enter various words, the OS offers me a list of things it thinks I am trying to type. This list includes old email addresses that are no longer valid, misspelled words I have typed in over the years, etc. Is there a way to edit the file where these data are kept and clean it up? Is there a file I can delete and start over new? Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Jim -- I put junk in my email address to evade the spammers. Please take the junk out before replying. Sorry for the inconvenience. Jim |

| Re: where is autofill info stored? No file, Two options - 1.) Clear all forms/passwords or (2.) Visit a site when the listing appears - you can select an item and then press Delete. Method 2 is the only way to individually manage the stored information. From within IE, Click Tools, Internet Options, Content - AutoComplete. You'll find a option box to remove "All" stored info.
