| Office picture manager. Hi When we use Office picture manager all the pictures are distorted as we have a widescreen monitor. This seems to be the only porgram that has any problems. i.e. pictures we look at on the web etc are fine. Any way we can tell it to show them as they should be? Cheers, Mike. -- If its worth doing, its worth over-doing! |

| Re: Office picture manager. Not very up on all the terms. When you say 'resolution' how do I find out? And yes, Picture Manager is full screen. But it only seems to be the pictures that are having a problem. All else, i.e. writing etc, is fine. ? -- If its worth doing, its worth over-doing! Have you tried running Picture Manager in Normal Window (shortcut properties) mode? Also, Picture Manager may be displaying pictures in the aspect ratio of your monitor, so if it's widescreen there is a mismatch between the aspect ratio of the picture and the screen. By the way, aspect ratio is not= resolution. Have you tried setting your monitor to a standard aspect ratio, if possible, just as a test? Also, there may be a setting for your monitor to have it automatically adjust, which may be a logical option but not a realistic one. > -- > If its worth doing, its worth over-doing! > > > "Bob I" wrote: > > > What is the resolution, and is Picture Manager fullscreen? | Re: Office picture manager. R-click the Desktop, pick Properties, and then settings(resolution shown and adjusted by slider). You may also try making Picture manager windowed instead of full screen. Mike wrote: > Not very up on all the terms.
