| Laser Printer issue with XP. I am trying to fix a very specific issue. A client of mine is running Windows XP, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Works. The computer is about 2 years old. There is a HP LaserJet 1012 attached via USB. I can print normally when I use Microsoft Word or Notepad. When I try to use Works, the red light flashes. I have to press reset and then the document will print. The HP Printer is setup as the Automatic Printing option. How do I fix the red flashing light problem? |
